ABOUT / OPEN LATE

A dining room
with a second gear.

We built splashnight around the point where dinner becomes a night out.

Early in the evening, the room is a restaurant: clear light, full menu, slow tables. After ten, the lights drop, vinyl comes forward, the bar gets faster, and the menu tightens around food that wants another drink.

The visual system follows that shift. Print-poster blocks, ticket shapes, stamps, oversized numerals, and hand-cut composition turn the room and the site into one continuous piece of graphic energy.

HOW WE WORK

Simple rules. Hard edges.

01

Buy the good thing

The market gets first say. Menus move instead of forcing ingredients into a fixed plan.

02

Fire with restraint

Charcoal should sharpen food, not flatten everything into smoke.

03

Hospitality without theater

Fast when you need it, attentive when you want it, relaxed the rest of the time.
